A creative escape in Cheshire

in a beautiful garden setting

Creative Workshops, Gatherings and Events

@:Toolerstone is a not for profit ‘creative escape’ situated in private gardens in the Cheshire village of Sandiway. We offer a variety of day long creative workshops, in subjects including gardening, floristry, willow weaving, painting, photography and more, all inspired by nature and the garden setting.

escape.

Tucked away down a private drive, the gardens at Toolerstone offer you an oasis away from everyday life. When you join us for a workshop you will find there are many ‘rooms’ to discover in the gardens where you can simply enjoy ‘being’, take a while to be still and listen to the grasses moving in the breeze and the birds busying themselves in the holly bushes, knowing that you are safe and welcome.

create.

Being creative helps us to open up our minds and re-direct our thoughts. We offer a variety of daylong workshops, with inspiration for each one being taken from our beautiful, outdoor spaces. Choose the one you would like to try and know that there will be no judging, no competition and no stress. Enjoy spending time in the company of other like-minded folk while you lose yourself for a day of exploring your own creativity.

nourish.

We want you to leave us with a full belly, a calmed mind and a big breath of fresh air. Food is very important to us and we will be offering you wholesome, home-cooked food throughout the day. Wherever possible, we will be using home grown produce and anything we buy in will be locally produced and organic wherever possible. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.
