How do we collect information from you? 

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about courses and workshops or if you call us to discuss these.

If you choose to subscribe to our database we may email, typically never more than 12 times a year, to tell you about new products and services. You will get an option to unsubscribe at the end of these emails, alternatively you can ask us directly on email ([email protected] ) or call us on 01606 252399.  In the past, you have given us explicit consent to send such emails and therefore we do not need to contact you again to confirm you still wish to continue receiving them.

When you pay for a workshop course directly through our website we do not collect or retain any information relating to your payment details, this is all done through a third party secure payment gateway.

Any ‘pay offline’ payments you make to us via BACS, online bank transfer or by cheque are recorded by our bank - we do not control their own data collection and storage policies and security, however we are happy with their policy at the time of writing this policy.

What type of information is collected from you? 

The personal information we collect, store and use might include your name, address, email address, IP address, phone and information regarding the pages you access on our website and when. We may also retain information regarding past correspondence when you have previously enquired about our courses and services, as well as any other information you choose to send us.

We may also collect information about your computer and use of this website, as well as any information relating to transactions carried out between you and us including in relation to bookings made or vouchers purchased.

How is your information used? 

We may disclose information about you to any of our tutors/ employees or subcontractors where it is for the delivery of a course/ workshop or service purchased.
