Simon Deabill

Simon joined Toolerstone as Head Gardener to the House in 2012.  Since then, he has designed and overseen the work that has transformed the 4 acres of gardens into what you see today.

After studying horticulture and garden design at Reaseheath, Simon worked as an Estate Gardener at another private family residence and has extensive experience of the design and upkeep of large gardens.

Teaching in our plant school and as host of our open garden days, he is keen to share his knowledge and insights into to successful gardening practice which are applicable whether you’re planting pots or acres!
