Immerse yourself in the relaxing and welcoming environment of our new outdoor classroom situated in the beautiful Toolerstone gardens. As part of our aromatherapy day you will discover your unique preferences for essential oils & create your own bespoke blend. Our tutor, Louise, will introduce you to a selection of therapeutic grade essential oils and guide you through creation of three handmade aromatherapy products to enjoy and take home.

About the tutor

Louise’s wellness journey led her to teaching Pilates in the community and taking great pleasure in creating essential oil blends for her clients, friends & family then going on to bring her passion for essential oils into Pilates classes with her aromatherapy brand ‘Aromalates’ which she trademarked.

In 2020, amidst lockdowns Louise found the time and energy to undertake her formal aromatherapy & massage therapy training. Louise is qualified in the therapeutic benefits of over seventy different essential oils and how to administer them via healing touch, massage and facials, which she now does from her home treatment room Oulton Garden Studio.

Timetable of the Day

10 am Arrival, registration & consultation forms with refreshments
10:30 Essential oil discussion/discovery and paired activity to select favourite oils to create your unique blend.
11:45 Guided walk around the gardens, in particular looking at the plants and herbs from which many essential oils are derived.
12:45pm Home-made lunch in our refectory
14:00 Product making. A pulse point roller ball, nourishing aromatherapy balm a botanical room / aura spritz spray
15:00 Labelling your products (reminder of what the ingredients are!)
15:30 Meditation/breathing exercise using your created products
16:00 Workshop ends but your products are yours to take home
