Join us in our glass room for a relaxing and nature inspired workshop. You will create wire sculptures reflecting florals, leaves and plants influenced by the gardens here at Toolerstone. Learning how to handle various gauges of wire and ‘draw’ botanical sculptures.
Our tutor Judith will guide you every step of the way.

11:15 Continue with the workshop and work at your own pace
13:00. Delicious homemade, lunch in the refectory
14:00 Putting the finishing touches to your work.

16:30. Workshop ends but, you can take your work home!

What do I need to bring?
If you usually wear glasses for close work or reading, please bring them along. All materials and tools will be provided. If you have a narrow necked vase or bottle (approx 14-18cm tall) that you intend to display your finished seed head stems in, please bring that along so you can put your stems in them as you make them. Don’t worry if you don’t have one, you can borrow a glass bottle from Judith for the day.
